UX Motion Design, Interactive Experience

Project Context
The AI Ladder is IBM’s framework for helping organizations understand and adopt AI by breaking the journey into clear, actionable steps: Collect, Organize, Analyze, and Infuse. It transforms a highly complex process into a structured narrative that guides users through how data becomes insight and ultimately drives intelligent automation across a business.
The interactive experience was designed to educate and assess where users are in their AI journey, using motion, transitions, and progressive storytelling to make abstract systems feel tangible and approachable.

My Contribution
I worked closely with developers to bring the entire experience to life through motion, building out animations across chapters, transitions, and modular UI components. I translated design and design systems into developer ready assets using JSON-based workflows for seamless implementation and scalability. This included breaking down elements into reusable components, defining timing and behavior across sections, and ensuring consistency across the full narrative experience. My focus was on using motion to guide users through each step of the AI Ladder, simplifying complex ideas, reinforcing hierarchy, and creating a cohesive, interactive storytelling system.
