IBM Watson Moments
UX Motion Design, Product Interaction
Project Context
Watson Moments focused on defining how AI shows up within IBM product experiences in a way that feels clear, helpful, and human. Rather than overwhelming users with data, the goal was to surface meaningful insights at the right time, turning complex systems into intuitive, confidence-building interactions. These moments highlighted how AI can simplify decision making by delivering relevant information, guiding users through workflows, and reinforcing trust through thoughtful, well timed feedback.
My Contribution
I designed UX motion behaviors that helped bring these AI driven moments to life across product interfaces. This included creating motion systems and interactions that clarified system responses, guided user attention, and reinforced the presence of AI in a subtle, supportive way. I worked closely with product and design teams to translate abstract AI functionality into a intuitive visual language. I used motion to simplify complexity, highlight key insights, and create a more cohesive and human centered product experience.
