Japan Airlines — AI Concierge Motion Study

Explored motion design for a Japan Airlines concierge experience that guides users through AI-assisted ticket selection. I animated UI transitions, bot interactions, and flow pacing to illustrate how conversational prompts and visual feedback can lead users intuitively through complex choices. This study focuses on clarity, timing, and seamless motion to support an intelligent, human-centered travel interface.
